Meet Tracy!

She had great results over the last 6 weeks – in addition to the pounds lost and muscle gained, she also lost 3 inches! She generally eats well during the week and learned a few tricks for weekend eating with a busy family and schedule in addition to proper fueling for her workouts. Tracy’s a very active wife and mom who has generally enjoyed working out solo, but she loved the group setting and intensity that comes with it and also appreciated the coaching on proper form.

Tracy is planning to join us in the upcoming 28-day nutrition challenge so she can continue learning and progressing in her fitness journey!
