SharpIron Strong Winter 2020 Programs

Back by popular demand – our SharpIron Sweat 6-week program!

We have had such great feedback from our first session of SharpIron Sweat that we decided to open it up again at the first of the year – beginning January 4, to be exact!

In an effort to accommodate busy life schedules, we have created several membership options with varying levels of flexibility in class time attendance.

As with our first 6-week session, you’ll have the accountability of a group of like-minded people and a coach on FIRE for your fitness, an Inbody scan at the beginning and conclusion of the 6-week program, an optional nutrition upgrade, 6 weeks of fantastic one-hour classes and workouts scaled to your ability level, and constant helpful content and expert advice to get you where you want to go.
